On your first day in Italy, we’ll meet you at 11am in the arrival hall of Venice Marco Polo airport.Once together we will leave for Cortina d’Ampezzo, our base for the first 2 days.
After a good lunch with typical food of the area we will settle down at the hotel and have a short rest before going out to photograph the sunset.
The first photo session of the tour will be near Passo Giau, a very famous place among landscape photographers.
After sunset we’ll drive for a few minutes to our hotel and have typical alpine dinner.

Before dawn we will reach the enchanting Lake Federa by off-road jeep, where the larches illuminated by the first rays of the sun shine with orange and yellow hues.Accommodation: 4-star Hotel in Cortina d’Ampezzo (BL)
This day will begin with a beautiful photo session at dawn at Lake Antorno, a small lake surrounded by fir trees in which the Tre Cime di Lavaredo are reflected.Upon returning from dawn, a hearty breakfast awaits us and some well-deserved rest in the hotel.
We can then have a photo review session, a walk in the center of Cortina and have lunch in one of the many excellent local restaurants.
In the afternoon we will be able to move around to take photographs, choosing from the many photographic spots in the surrounding area, the most famous of which is Passo Falzarego.
Upon returning from sunset we will have dinner in a typical mountain restaurant and enjoy a night’s rest in the hotel.

The sunrise photo session will be at Cinque Torri (Five Peaks), a beautiful group of rocks near Passo Falzarego. There are many remnants of World War I left by Italian troops in this area, it is often called an open air museum.
We’ll have the opportunity to shoot this little mountains and visit the trenches, then we will return to the hotel for breakfast and some rest.
It’s already time to leave our accommodation to move to a new area to explore and photograph.
In about 30 minutes by car we will reach the town of Dobbiaco, where we can have lunch and place our luggage at the hotel.
After lunch we’ll move to Earth Pyramids in Perca, where we hope to find a bit of fog, which makes this place even more suggestive.
Then we will photograph the wonderful and little-known lake of Anterselva until sunset, with its shores dotted with larch and fir trees.
After sunset we will return to Dobbiaco for dinner and a well-deserved rest.

Sunrise will be in a special place known throughout the world, Lake Braies, which certainly needs no introduction as it is among the most famous in the Dolomites.After breakfast at the hotel and some rest we will pack our bags to move on to the next destination.
In just over 1 hour by car we will reach the Val di Funes, a picturesque alpine valley with cozy houses and famous churches.
We will have lunch in a typical alpine restaurant and we will settle down in the hotel that will host us for the night.
We will spend the afternoon until sunset photographing some of the best spots in the area, including the famous cherry tree that overlooks the valley with the Odle mountains in the background.
After sunset we will return to the hotel to enjoy a tasty typical dinner.
Accommodation: 4-star Hotel near Val di Funes (BZ)
At dawn we will photograph the famous church of San Giovanni in Ranui, a small chapel that stands on the edge of the wood with the Odle range in the background.
After the usual breakfast and a little rest we will set off again towards the next stage of the journey.
In the morning we will make a photo stop at Passo delle Erbe and then continue towards the Val di Fassa and the surrounding mountains.
During the transfer we will cross some famous mountain passes such as Passo Gardena and Passo Sella, from which you can admire and photograph beautiful mountains such as the Sassolungo and Sassopiatto group.
After lunch and accommodation in the hotel, we will spend the afternoon photographing the surroundings of the Val di Fassa and in particular for the sunset we will move to the Pale di San Martino area, i.e. Baita Segantini or Val Venegia, choosing the best spot depending on conditions.
After sunset we will return to the hotel to enjoy a tasty typical dinner.

On our last day of travel, we will start the day by photographing Lake Carezza at dawn, one of the most famous alpine lakes in the area, in whose waters the Latemar massif is reflected.
After breakfast we prepare our luggage and leave for the Venice airport, which we will reach around 2pm.
You could also stay a few extra days and enjoy some more of the magical atmosphere of Venice and Italy.
Our photo guides are available to take you to the best photo spots in Venice with the help of some local guides who know every secret of the city.
These extra days can be scheduled even before the Dolomites tour.

The meeting point is at 11am on the first day of the tour in the arrival hall of Venice Marco Polo airport, where photo guides will be ready to welcome you upon your arrival.
Our tour operator will help you find the best solution for travel and will give you all the information you need to reach the meeting point.
In case your flight arrives a long time before, we will help you find a hotel near Venice. You can take advantage of this time to visit the city and the meeting with our tutor will be directly at your hotel instead of at the airport.

The tour will be confirmed when the minimum number of participants required have subscribed.
Don’t buy your flight tickets until you receive a confirmation from us.
All communication regarding the tour will be by e-mail.
If you cancel your subscription before the tour is confirmed we will refund the amount in total.
If you cancel your subscription after the tour has been confirmed refunds will be as follows:
– More than 30 days before the start of the tour you will be refunded 50% of the total cost.
– Less than 30 days before the start of the trip no refund will be granted but we’ll do our best to refund as much as possible.
Refunds will be paid approximately one week after the scheduled tour ends.

Starting from several weeks before with all the information to help you prepare for the tour, up to the post-Workshop tutoring via Facebook and email, we will be at your complete disposal to provide you all our knowledge.
This is a real individual landscape photography workshop: in every moment of the tour the photo guides will literally be by your side to give you advice and suggestions specific to your needs.
Thanks to their experience, knowledge of the locations and their advices you can capture the best moments of light, improve your shooting technique, learn how to plan your next photographic tours, obtain more from digital post-production and learn nice tricks to always get the best possible photos.
This Workshop will provide you with a series of skills and knowledge that will allow you to capture all the beauty of the places you will have the chance to visit, organizing your resources in the best way, using the best shooting and post-techniques production, taking advantage of any light and weather conditions in your favor.
