Gabriele Lorenzini is a professional photographer based in Italy specializing in fine-art landscape, wildlife, and travel photography.
Gabriele is or has been an ambassador or collaborator with some of the most important brands in the industry, such as Eizo, f-stop, Fotopro, NiSi, Manfrotto, The Heat Company, and Blackrapid.
His personal portfolio boasts shots from almost every continent and photographer’s most sought-after destinations: from the Arctic to Africa, through Asia, Europe, North and South America.
Since 2012, he has dedicated himself full-time to organizing and leading photography trips and workshops in Italy and abroad, in addition to being a certified Hiking Guide.

His passion for photography likely began with the first SLR photography course he took with his parents when he was still a child. The course was simply intended to help him take better photos of their vacations, but perhaps it also had a long-term secondary effect.
During his university years studying computer science, Gabriele had the opportunity to delve deeper into some technical knowledge that would clearly prove useful to him later, even though he wasn’t fully aware of it yet.
After graduation, he began his career in the IT sector, holding various technical and commercial roles.
In his spare time, he began to devote himself increasingly to photography, exploring all its technical and artistic aspects with complete freedom.
His growing passion and technical IT skills quickly led him to become a leading expert in shooting and post-production techniques.
Having acquired this knowledge, he also realized that he felt extremely apt for dissemination and education.
In 2009, he obtained the international Adobe Certified Expert certification in Photoshop Lightroom, more out of personal interest than a real need to demonstrate his skills, and founded the website and blog LightroomCafé, where he published articles related to Lightroom software.
The natural next step was to begin teaching photography and post-production courses, starting with basic classroom courses and then, within a few years, leading to the first field workshops in Italy and finally photography trips abroad.
In the following years, he began his first important collaborations, some of which continue to this day, such as the one with Nikon School Italia, where he has been a Master Photographer since 2014.
Alongside his passion for photography, his love for the outdoors, wild landscapes, and nature in general has also grown.
Following his natural inclination for teaching and leading, this naturally led him to take an official course and obtain the qualification of a certified Hiking Guide.
