On your first day in France, we’ll meet you at 3pm in the arrival hall of Brest airport (BES).
Our tour operator will help you find the best solution for travel and will give you all the information you need to reach the meeting point.
Once together we will accomodate at our hotel and hold a briefing to prepare for the next shooting sessions.
We will then have an early dinner and move to the location chosen for the first sunset, Pointe Saint Mathieu Lighthouse, to take advantage and shoot in the best hours of light.
The restaurants in this area indeed close quite early and it will not be possible to find a restaurant open at 10.30 pm when we return from the sunset session.
Therefore this will basically be the meal plan: a light breakfast before dawn, a full breakfast on the return from dawn, a light lunch at midday and an early dinner before going out to photograph the sunset.
Our guides will however be available to satisfy any need of the participants.
After sunset we will be able to evaluate based on the weather conditions whether to stay in the field for a night photography session for Milky Way and Startrails or to return to the hotel to rest.
Each participant can decide independently whether to participate in the night photography session or return to the hotel.
Accommodation: Brest
On the second day of your Photo Tour, we will start the day photographing at dawn in one of the most iconic locations of Brittany: Petit Minou Lighthouse.
Before dawn our tutors will offer a quick breakfast and coffee to find the energy to photograph, and after dawn you will have the opportunity to have a full breakfast in our hotel.
After breakfast there will be a few hours to rest.
Lunch will be in a restaurant not far from the hotel and in the early afternoon we will visit Brest city center and a small biscuit factory which produces the typical Breton biscuits called “Palette” and “Galette”.
We will then have an early dinner and move to Kermorvan Lighthouse, the location chosen for the sunset.
Accommodation: Brest
This day sunrise will be optional and we will evaluate whether to shoot based on weather conditions and previous sessions.
However, it will be a day full of interesting things to see and photograph.
In the morning we will head to the Ile Vierge Lighthouse and the nearby Phare de L’île Wrac’h.
Then we will walk and photograph the Menez Ham beach, where there is also the reconstruction of an ancient Breton village.
We will photograph the Pontusval Lighthouse and finally we will move for the sunset at the Ploumanac’h Lighthouse.
After sunset we will be able to evaluate based on the weather conditions whether to stay in the field for a night photography session for Milky Way and Startrails or to return to the hotel to rest.
Accommodation: Perros-Guirec
At dawn we will photograph in the beautiful pink granite coast, then we will deserve a good breakfast and some rest at the hotel.
In the late morning we will begin to move towards Mont Saint-Michel, visiting several very particular locations in the area.
First we will stop to photograph the House between the rocks and the nearby Pointe Chateau.
We will then continue to Cap Fréhel and Pointe du Grouin, finally we will arrive at Mont Saint-Michel in the afternoon.
After settling into the hotel and having dinner we will visit this incredible island city both day and night with a special entrance ticket.
We will photograph this important site both from inside and from outside, looking for the best observation points of the bay.
After sunset we will be able to evaluate based on the weather conditions whether to stay in the field for a night photography session for Milky Way and Startrails or to return to the hotel to rest.
Accommodation: Pontorson
After photographing the sunrise again at Mont Saint-Michel, we will have breakfast and rest at the hotel.
In the morning we will leave in the direction of Pointe du Raz.
Even today, the day will be organized with several stops to visit and stop the most interesting places.
Some of these will be landscape locations such as Pen Hir Point and Baie des Trépassés.
But there will also be some perfectly preserved typical Breton villages such as Locronan and Pointe Croix.
After having settled in the hotel and having dinner, we will head to Pointe du Raz to photograph the picturesque sunset over the Phare de la Vieille.
Accommodation: Audierne
Your last day in the beautiful Brittany, will start by shooting the sunrise at Pointe du Van.
After breakfast when you luggage is packed we will drive for about 1 hour to Brest airport. This is where the tour ends. We hope you have great memories and fantastic photographs.
The meeting point is at 3pm on the first day of the trip in the arrival hall of Brest airport (BES), where tutors will be ready to welcome you upon your arrival.
The Travel Agency and the tutors are available to advise on the flight that best suits the needs and the place of departure of each participant.

The tour will be confirmed when the minimum number of participants required have subscribed. Don’t buy your flight tickets until you receive a confirmation from us.
All communication regarding the tour will be by e-mail.
If you cancel your subscription before the tour is confirmed we will refund the amount in total.
If you cancel your subscription after the tour has been confirmed refunds will be as follows:
– More than 15 days before the start of the tour you will be refunded 50% of the total cost.
– Less than 30 days before the start of the trip no refund will be granted but we’ll do our best to refund as much as possible.
Refunds will be paid by bank transfer approximately one week after the scheduled tour end.
Activity Level: Easy – Short walks over mostly level ground.
The tour itinerary is always dependent on weather, as the weather can indeed be unpredictable.

Starting from several weeks before with all the information to help you prepare for the tour, up to the post-Workshop tutoring via Facebook and email, we will be at your complete disposal to provide you all our knowledge.
This is a real individual landscape photography workshop: in every moment of the tour the tutors will literally be by your side to give you advice and suggestions specific to your needs.
Thanks to their experience, knowledge of the locations and their advices you can capture the best moments of light, improve your shooting technique, learn how to plan your next photographic tours, obtain more from digital post-production and learn nice tricks to always get the best possible photos.
This Workshop will provide you with a series of skills and knowledge that will allow you to capture all the beauty of the places you will have the chance to visit, organizing your resources in the best way, using the best shooting and post-techniques production, taking advantage of any light and weather conditions in your favor.
As always in our travels the common passion for photography and the desire to enjoy the beauty of the places will create a fantastic climate in the group , where everyone can relax and have fun, tell their own experience, ask for advice, and above all give free rein to photography without limitations, thanks to the schedule specifically designed around photography.
